As a signatory of Diversity Charter Denmark, companies and organizations commit to working with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the following five areas:

Inclusion and diversity must be part of the company’s core values.

Everyone must have equal access to the workplace.

Employee and leadership development should occur through open processes.

Concrete measures must counteract any form of discrimination in the workplace.

Further, you  gain access to tools like the Self-Assessment framework to evaluate and enhance your DEIB efforts. Take part in shaping the future direction of the Charter and DEIB standards and align with EU-driven diversity initiatives. 

What does it cost?

To ensure that signatories of Diversity Charter Denmark actively work with diversity and inclusion, a small or larger fee is required, depending on the size of the company. The reason for this is that those with broader shoulders should carry more, and we want companies of all sizes to have the opportunity to become part of Diversity Charter Denmark.
