Activities

Diversity Charter Denmark offers signatory companies the opportunity to participate in a range of activities aimed at sharing and exchanging knowledge and experiences to strengthen their work with diversity and inclusion. The charter's activities run for a calendar year at a time and consist of six different events, five of which are webinars, along with an annual Signing Event. In the future, there will also be physical networking events and other activities that you, as signatories, will have the opportunity to participate in.

Join us for a pivotal event focused on neurodiversity in the workplace. This annual gathering brings together thought leaders, professionals, and organizations committed to creating inclusive work environments for neurodivergent individuals. Our event will feature insightful presentations, discussions, and networking opportunities, aimed at increasing awareness and fostering understanding of neurodiversity in the corporate world.


The entire event will be moderated by Muneeza Rosendahl, CEO of Foreningen Lige Adgang.

The 2024 program featured a „Bias in Communication‟ workshop on March 6, the Signing Event on May 2 focusing on active allyship, and network meetings on workplace inclusion — „Working with Denmark‟ on October 23 and reducing discrimination on November 29.
